I brought my Escalade to Pepe Cadillac for a flashing check engine light and engine misfire. From day one, my concern was the engine. Instead of diagnosing the engine issue, the dealership spent time pursuing other theories, including an exhaust related issue and eventually recommending a transmission replacement estimated at roughly $13,000 based on a best guess.

Car itself is surprisingly (after owning 6 German-made luxury cars) comfortable and building materials feels luxury, powerful engine with 400+ hp and acceptable driving range. Kenny was super helpful and responsive, entire sales team behind made logistics smooth and painless. The only part that can be improved is technology (like digital key and charging setting), seems a bit behind BMW IX. Overall, I’ll highly endorse Pepe Cadillac to my family members and friends!

I was impressed enough that I was comfortable flying from Oregon to New York to purchase the vehicle I wanted. I had an issue with my truck, so i bought it to Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle.They made a diagnosis and determined i need to replace my Drive shaft luckily for me it was under warranty. I dropped it off on Monday and my truck was finished on Wednesday. That to me was a quick turnaround. Service was great. They even gave me a ride home when i dropped my truck off. I received my truck clean and ready to go .

I was taken aback, when told I had not been there in a while and they could not service my car at their location. To add insult to injury, I just received their advertising email! After a long battle with engine lights, EPC, side curtain airbags, and all the sensors lighting up like New Year’s fireworks, it’s finally over! Huge thanks to Peter, the service manager, who carefully investigated why all these lights came on—like a runway at an airport—and discovered that the battery had been running in a default mode causing all these issues. We went to White Plains when I got my first GLC 300 in 2018 . It was a lease. I decided to go back to get another GLC 300 because I really like it. This time I bought one and it’s the new redesigned GLC 300. I’m generally very happy with the quality of the service, but this time I was unhappy with the efficiency and the wait time. I did not drop in. I had an appointment for a specific time for a key fob battery change and for lowering the oil level. I should not have been there for 2 hours.
